NOTE:
Requests sent before 11AM will be actioned on the same day. Requests after 11AM will be actioned the next day.
Set due date after 4 business days from when it is going to be actioned.
If no reply after 4 business days, email shipping again. If still no cheque, send email to Sydney accounts manager
We will contact shipping again on the 5th business day. As if we received the cheque on the 4th day, it will only be included in the next days banking.
e.g.
1. email sent to shipping to request for pick up MONDAY
cheque should be received max FRIDAY
should be included in banking on MONDAY if not action again
2. email sent to shipping to request for pick up WEDNESDAY
cheque should be received max next TUESDAY
should be included in banking WEDNESDAY
