When cars arrive on site prior to be entered into pinnacle this is noted in system
At times sales staff may want to check which items are possibly available from cars that we have purchased

Check on MVR and note from summery tab
purchase date
which auction we purchased car from
lot number
See which computers are available and which machines have bid buddy software on them
bidding sheet doc and schedule shows this
Go to bid buddy -open software
load existing to look at old auctions - these are sorted by date
look at the corresponding auction
sort by lot number
open up list of items to check which parts we considered to be in good condition when we bought the car
