CHECKING ITEMS HAVE BEEN DELETED CORRECTLY
At times we may get bulk items deleted ,its important to check that this is done correctly
in order to cross check this we will compare the list of items that we required to be deleted and the list of items that were deleted
dont do this task until you know all items have been deleted
to find list of items deleted in pinnacle ,go to T23 report
produce the report for the period since you first sent list to be deleted to now
export to excel
sort by user only keep user that is deleting items for you
remove all excess information
now sort in location order ,the same as the printed list you would give storeman
now you can easily compare the lists
