CUSTOMER ADVISED THEY ALREADY PAID AND GOT THE ITEM BUT EBAY STILL ASKING FOR PAYMENT

Customer sometimes purchase items on eBay and call our sales office to pay for it. Sales staff at the store sometimes doesn't know that customer purchase the part on eBay so they will process there sale over the phone instead.

1. Do a normal part search using the tag or stock number to see if the part is still in Pinnacle. If its not there, then search for the part in MVR. 



2. Go to Pinnacle, click on Inventory then select Find MVR.





3. Put in the stock number then untick the Hide Sold and Hide Crushed then click on Search button and open up the item that will show at the bottom.
 




4. Go to Parts tab and type in the tag number or the type of part you are looking. From here you will see the status is sold on 10/20/2014. Double click on that item to show up the details.





5. Take note of the invoice number and confirm if customer's details are the same. For this sample, customer on eBay is Jennifer Parker who lives in Biloela QLD while in the invoice its Rod Parker who lives in the same address. In this case this is the same customer and they are just probably a couple.

7. Wait for  a few hours until the work order sync to Pinnacle then just cancel the work order and refer it to the invoice that you found .
