MISC ITEMS TO ADD TO EBAY - UPDATED JULY 2020


NEW TABLE FOR EACH TIME WE DO THIS TASK

WHY?

These are misc item that we will most likely sell on ebay but wont auto upload so need to do manually.


SCHEDULE

SOSM will check pinnacle for fresh items monthly

We only action W status items

STEPS FOR SOSM

-Open working table and copy template page - rename and todays date


-Go to pinnacle - Get list of items from misc, misc search - W status only that are not in resolutions


-Print parts found and click save to excel


-Copy from excel table to ebay misc table (only need tag number (column a) ,stock number (column b) , location (column c) and description (column h)

-Fill column D (Title) with make and model or brand and model of item, item brand, item part and pair or set ,
NOTE 80 characters max - you can see this in column E

-if description all ok , note ok in column F

-Check price, if not ok, change in pinnacle and note updated price in columnG

-Check if images are ok, if not ok then get SOSM to get new images. IF CANT GET TO PART, EMAIL OPERERATIONS@ - mark column g " ok " when done 

-Copy column D into H and add more details about items -
ie if lift kit, "HOLDEN COLORADO RG TOUGH DOG LIFT KIT - SET (2X FRONT STRUTS, 2X REAR SHOCKS, 2X REAR LEAF SPRINGS, 2X AIR SHOCKS W/ AIR LINES AND BOOKLET"

-Add info from column Iinto pinnacle comments 

-Goto EBAY PARTS TABLE, and find the item and note the number in column "a" from ebay parts table into column "i" in ebay misc table

Once all required details are filled up in working table, push the ticket to EBAY LISTING MANAGER.


Refer to STAFF ROSTER TABLE to find who is EBAY LISTING MANAGER.

STEPS FOR EBAY LISTING MANAGER


When SOSM sends ticket back via ZENDESK - 
This is to be actioned with in the week, THIS IS A BACK UP TASK, but is still to be done ONCE during that week. DO NOT GO BACKWARDS AND FORWARDS DOING THIS TASK AND ANOTHER 
-Open up ebay parts table and ebay misc table

-Work from top to bottom

-Run TAG in pinnacle 

-Select part and click sell on ebay

-Copy Title from column D in to pinnacle ebay lister title field 

-Ensure price is correct with columnG

-Ensure descriptions from column Ifrom ebay misc table is in parts description in pinnacle ebay lister 

TO PICK CORRECT TEMPLATE, SHIPPING POLICY, EBAY CATEGORY & STORE CATEGORY
-Column I from EBAY MISC TABLE refers to column A in EBAY PARTS TABLE 

-Goto EBAY PARTS TABLE column A and find the number listed in EBAY MISC TABLE

-Get information for Correct template (Column D), Correct Shipping policy (Column R), Correct Ebay Category (Column L) & correct store category (Column C)

-Pick 12 relevant images 

-Upload listing 

-Add name and date to column K- note issues here if any 

-Add link to column L 

REPEAT DOWN THE LIST UNTIL DONE , PUSH TICKET BACK TO SOSM

STEPS FOR SOSM

Check the advert is correct and makes sense after its added - ITEM TITLE !!! , price, description and images ok

If action required - note in work sheet and push ticket back to eBay listing manager if REQUIRED 

Close ticket once all ok
