From the eBay ads that were posted in mid month of Nov 2018 we have updated our Pinnacle templates. This affects or changes the freight costs that will show on our eBay listings.
WHAT'S NEW?
Freight cost is now built-in to the eBay where customer would see the freight cost and pay for it straight away.
Its similar to current process we have for $15 flat rate but this time its now also applies to other larger parts.
DOWNSIDE
If customer enter incorrect postcode or postcode is not supported in eBay postage rate table, it will show $0.01 for the freight.
WHAT TO DO?
SCENARIO 1 - Customer sent message confirming the freight cost.
PROCESS - Get the freight cost via NFM website or follow

PROCESS - Check with customer first if they want it to shipped to them or if they will just pick up.

SCENARIO 3 - Customer already paid the part and the freight cost of $0.01 and wanted us to ship the part without additional cost.
PROCESS - In this case just get your manager to sort from here. We'll add more steps when we encounter this type of issues.
