Check if images are OK. Main photo should be the photo of the fan taken off the car or if its not available it should be the photo of the whole car.
Check if MVR images are in order. If not, end the listing from Pinnacle.

Check if the title is correct and not cut-off.
If its not, just fix the title and description directly on eBay.
NOTE: You will only end the listing if the MVR images are not ok.

Change the words RAD to RADIATOR and ENG to ENGINE and AC to AIR CONDITIONING

Make sure the description make sense and clear to customer what kind of fan is that. ie RADIATOR FAN, ENGINE FAN or AIR CONDITIONING FAN

Fans maybe an engine fan which is attached to the crank shaft of the engine, a radiator fan or even an air conditioning fan. So it is important to get the description right.

1. SUMMARY

LISTING TYPE - Choose Fixed Price

TITLE - Edit the title to look better and remove duplicated words. Make sure that it doesn't exceed to 80 characters.

If your listing a A/C FAN make sure that you put AIR CONDITIONING FAN.


If its ENG FAN then put ENGINE FAN.


If its a RAD FAN then put RADIATOR FAN.


If its a DUAL FAN ASSY change it to DUAL FAN ASSEMBLY


NOTE 1: If the title includes words like WITH, W/, NO, NON, NOT, NONE, WITHOUT, W/O and the word corresponding it, REMOVE that from the title but NOT from the listing description. Listing with those words in the title will normally delete by eBay and may suspend our eBay account if we violates with that.

NOTE 2: Some item would say PASSENGER, DRIVER, LEFT OR RIGHT SIDE in the title like the sample below. This only describes the location of the engine fan but this information should not be in the title as there isn't enough room in that section. So if there is one in the title like this sample below remove it but don't forget to mention that in the description.

STORE CATEGORY - Choose Fan




2. PRICING

START PRICE - Use the Actual Price.

BUY IT NOW - This is grayed out and should say 0.00

BEST OFFER -  Put a tick on this

AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPT OFFERS OF AT LEAST - Leave this blank

AUTOMATICALLY DECLINE OFFERS LOWER THAN - Leave this blank

RESERVE - This is grayed out and should say 0.00

DURATION - Choose GTC

SCHEDULE START TIME - Leave blank




3. LISTING ENHANCEMENTS

Make sure that User Remote Image Hosting option is selected.




4. DESCRIPTION

CONDITION - Choose Used or just leave blank if you cant select Used

TEMPLATE - Choose FAN

PART DESCRIPTION - Edit the words inside the parenthesis to match with the details in Pinnacle. The line pointing by the arrow should be the same as the listing title but do not remove the WITH, W/, NO, NON, NOT, NONE, WITHOUT, W/O if it has that.

NOTE: If the title had PASSENGER, DRIVER, LEFT OR RIGHT SIDE that you removed make sure you put that here in the additional description.



5. IMAGES

Choose the photo of the actual FAN taken off the car as the main image. If that picture is not available, then discontinue the listing of this part.

Add the picture of the engine bay, front view of the car, rear view of the car, seats, radio, instrument cluster, etc. Please only add the parts with less damage so the listing will still look good to our customers.



6. RETURN POLICY

Go to the Returns Policy tab and select the following options.




7. SHIPPING DETAILS

Go to Shipping Details tab and select 

Dispatch/Handling time - 2 Days

Then Click Add button above it to add a new row on the top then click on the following columns to show the options.

Type -  Flat: Same cost to all buyers
Service - Courier
Cost - 25.00




8. SAVE & UPLOAD LISTING


Once you are sure that everything is all set properly you can click on Save and then Upload Listing.
