Each user that has a domain should have their own company gmail account 
if you dont have one please ask manager to set up 

Please only use this gmail account with google chrome on your computer as search 
dont have person or other staff gmail account on your computer - even if they arent logged in 



if you have access to company "master account " for creating permenant docs then that login should be stored on firefox browser
