Sometimes we need to start with pre bidding prior to lot numbers being ready ,so we need to add some details so person following us can clearly see which cars we have selected
rather than add the lot number we add the
km reading
compliance plate month/year
or if km reading not showing we will add the registration number detail

Once lot numbers become available do we still use this system ?
sometimes as we progress thru the make and models ,the lot numbers will start to now show for the lots that we are pre bidding, so as we see the FRESH cars for prebidding we will now simply add the lot numbers
WE DONT GO BACK AND ADD THE LOT NUMBERS TO CARS THAT WE HAVE ALREADY PREBID, THE PERSON DOING THE FINAL BIDDING WILL DO THIS
