How to add a contact message to an email
WHY WOULD WE DO THIS ?
--If we needed other team members to know what is the status of an email task we are working on
--If we were in process of working on ena email and had to finish shift as a remider for enxt day
Its simple and quick to do and allows unders to understand the status of the tasks
Remember the contacts column has to be showing in your email view for contact message to show
