As per "Selling warranty guides " we will offer to sell parts with warranty
This is guide for how we record that when doing quote in pinnacle
Our aim is to note the quoted warranty clearly so when we get order or later inquiry we can be clear as to what was said when we did the quote
We will offer appropriate warranty and quote amount as per guides - to record this in pinnacle
We should always offer "extra warranty " to upsell the sale
STEPS FOR LOGGING QUOTE WHEN ITEM QUOTED WITH WARRANTY
Select customer
Look up parts as normal
Select item quoted
Open Quote

i.e

We do as total price so easier and simpler for customer , we do say $900 3mparts and add $300 for the extra 12 months parts and labor warranty
