HOW TO RESPOND TO INQUIRIES IN JJSUPPORT INBOX (OLD PDS CUSTOMERS)

1. Open up the JJSUPPORT inbox and assign the email to your name.




2. To know the parts and price to quote just follow the same process in PDS QUOTING guide.


3. Log the quote in Pinnacle and save it.


4. Open up the Pinnacle quote and send to customer's email.

    



NOTE:
- Add only the parts in the quote that we have in stock.
- If we don't have ANY of the parts in the inquiry, add all the parts in the quote in Pinnacle but put $0 in the price and add public note "NO STOCK" like the sample below.
