NOTE: If the item is not paid yet then send him an new eBay invoice with the amount of the insurance added in the additional charge then add a note on eBay sold page that you have added $14 insurance in it. But if the item has already been paid then you'll have to send a Paypal invoice with the amount for freight insurance. See the video instructions below for instruction.

      If Paypal invoice has been sent but not paid yet, just cancel it and cancel the work order in Pinnacle as well.
      If Paypal invoice has been paid, cancel the work order and put the ticket in ISSUES/REFUND ticket group and ask to process the refund.
