FAQs
Common issues
Where can I get the exact Km reading of the instrument cluster?
You can check the photo of the instrument cluster and look at the Km reading. If the photo is not available for the Km reading not readable, you can check in the odometer in MVR under Details tab.
When I install will it show km from cluster or km of car?
How would I know if the car is a traction or non-traction control?
There should be a light in the instrument cluster and/or a button for behind the steering wheel for traction control which might be hard to see on the images we normally add in Pinnacle unless it was mentioned in the description. If that can't be identified through the images or description, we will have to confirm that with JJ inventory manager.
Is it legal to install an instrument cluster with lower Km than his original one?
In this situation tell customer to seek advice from RTA (government roads and traffic authority).
Can we adjust or reprogram the Km reading of instrument cluster.
No, we cannot.
