Target – Customer that have purchased from us previously but haven’t purchased anything within the last 30 days, BUT WE DON’T HAVE THEIR FAX OR EMAIL ADDRESS TO CONTACT THEM. .
“Thank you. I also noticed we hadn’t heard from you in a little while, I just wanted to check how business is for you and check everything is OK ..,”
When doing these calls we also update our records in pinnacle , a possible suggested script
“Hi its xxx from JJ Auto Parts, we are updating our records and I noticed we don’t you’re your fax number or email address. Our accounts system now operates via fax and email so can I collect these details from you?”
