STEPS FOR SOSM

Open working table and duplicate TEMPLATE


Rename to todays date


Open up pinnacle sales screen and navigate as below (type in SET OF in comments and pick item item as WHEEL MAG)



input in the table "W" status only that are not in resolutions

Arrange extra images if required - do them yourself or if tricky ask operations

Include in title factory or aftermarket, brand of wheels, size of wheels and stud pattern

End result should look as below



Once all required details are filled up in working table, push the ticket to EBAY LISTING MANAGER. 
Refer to STAFF ROSTER TABLE to find who is EBAY LISTING MANAGER.

STEPS FOR EBAY LISTING MANAGER

  1. Edit the prices if required as per table
  2. Upload on to eBay manually using the guides below
  3. Once listed on ebay add the eBay ad link to the table
  4. Once all done, change to color green
  5. Push ticket back to SOSM

Check the advert is correct and makes sense after its added - ITEM TITLE !!! , price, description and images ok

If action required - note in work sheet and push ticket back to eBay listing manager 

Close ticket once all ok

FAQs

What to do if support has a question or can't upload the item due to some reason?
      Add notes (short but concise) in column I in the table about the question or issue then highlight it in red. Do all items you and do first and add notes in all items that you have questions then send them all at once back to SOSM for him to check. SOSM will add notes in column K with his response and send the ticket back to support.
         


What to do if the price in column C is highlighted in red?
      This means we need to change the price in Pinnacle to that price in the table. For the sample below, the current price in Pinnacle is $500 so we have to change the price in Pinnacle to $400. Once you have done that you can continue uploading the part on eBay and make sure the price is correct. See the guide for RE-PRICING INSTRUCTIONS and look for steps for PRICING OF INDIVIDUAL ITEMS
