SUMMERY OF PROCESS
NOTE - YOU CAN DO A SHAKEDOWN REPORT OF A RACK AREA AND THIS WILL GIVE YOU A GUIDE HOW HOW MANY " OLD ITEMS " ARE IN THAT SHELF LOCATION
MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO EXCESS ITEMS ALREADY ON THE GROUND BEFORE YOU START , YOU MUST CLEAR THESE SO THINGS DONT GET MIXED UP
e.g. we will take off shelf items with tag number less than 200,000 that are more than 5 years old
---------------------------------------
once all items scanned into crate - upload tri coder and do shakedown report for that crate
To generate shelf location stickers
Now the Rack Maintenance screen will appear, enter in the "STOCKTAKE" in the 'Bin starts with' box and press enter.
Click on the stocktake crate number you are currently working on and select 'Print Tags'

To Generate the T4A shakedown report by going to the Pinnacle home screen > Management > Stock Reports >
T4A Shakedown with recommendations.
9. Enter the Stocktake crate location in the Location fields (see below) and click ok. The report will take awhile to generate (allow 5 minutes)
10. Once the report has generated, under the recommendation column we will see either Surplus OR Warehouse.
Surplus items go into the bin
Warehouse items go back into stock.
11. Throw away the 'surplus' items into the scrap bin.
12. Now we want to put the 'warehouse' items back into stock. Put these parts away as normal with the tri-coder.
13. Download the tri-coder on the computer again to upload the 'warehouse' items in their new locations.
14. Now we want to go to delete the 'surplus' items from our system. Go to the pinnacle home screen > Inventory > Delete Parts.
15. Click on the Tag/Stock/Location search tab and then enter in the stocktake crate name in the location tab and then press enter.
16. Highlight on all the items shown in that location.
17. On the bottom left of the page we select the delete reason as "Result of Shakedown" and then click apply.
18. Click 'Delete and Exit'

FAQ
1. What if there are other items on the crate that are not listed on the T4A SHAKEDOWN report?
These items will be in the Tricoder print list, these items were previously missing and have been deleted already, they will have 'Part missing' in the part description on the tricoder list.
We still want to check whether or not to keep these items. Follow the steps highlighted below for these items.
1. The tricoder print list will have the Tag number of the deleted item.
2. Go to the pinnacle home screen > Inventory > Modify part
3. Click on Tag/Stock/Location search and then enter in the tag number in the Tag# field and then press enter.
4. Ensure that the 'Show Inventory Parts Only' box is UN-TICKED
5. Click on the item and then click on Manual pricing
6. Check the 'Actual QOH' vs the 'Recommended QOH'
If the Recommended QOH is higher than the 'Actual QOH' we want to restock the item, and if the Recommended QOH is the same or lower than the Actual QOH we want to throw the part away (just throw it in the bin with the other stocktake items).
To Re-stock a part go to the next step.
In the case below we want to restock this item.
7. To re-stock the part, exit the manual pricing screen and go back to the modify part search.
8. A dialogue box will appear asking if you wish to restock the part, click yes. Now you will see the newly inventoried item appear.
9. We want to put this part away as normal with the tricoder.
10. Upload the tricoder data as normal, and this will change the location of the part.
