We have 2 paypal accounts
PAYPAL SELLING ACCOUNT - Ebay @
when we sell items online and via ebay we receive funds into this account ,
the funds from this account are transferred weekly to ANZ V2 Account on a tuesday and on a thursday the same amount is transferred from v2 account to chq account
Credits /refunds for ebay-online sales re made from the paypal account
we link V2 account to this paypal account so we can easily distinguish ebay sales /credits
this paypal account always has funds sitting in it and will pay out ebay/paypal fees from itself
PAYPAL BUYING ACCOUNT - Matthew@
We use this account when we purchase things via ebay ( note we will purchase them from via our ebay account but payment is made for purchases from the buying account
this paypal account has no funds sitting in it and is linked directly to chq account (8507) so when we make purchase the funds will come from chq account directly and immediately
the only reason we purchase via paypal is for the added security and warranty it offers
if we purchase something and have it refunded the amount will refund to the paypal account however we have to manually refund that back to the chq account
