PAYPAL PURCHASES ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - JUNE 2021

PAYPAL PURCHASES ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - JUNE 2021

We use Paypal account for purchases so we have better buyer protection and security

When we make purchase from paypal account the funds are taken straight from CHEQUE/AMEX/PAYPAL or ANZ CC account

The PAYPAL PURCHASING MANAGER forwards email receipt from paypal to admin@ so we can watch out for the debit

Once the debit appears, you may now reconcile in Xero

For some items paid for with paypal we wont have invoice to enter into xero ,what to do ?

If you didn't receive a ticket but there's a debit, create a ticket and assign to PAYPAL PURCHASING MANAGER

and add the ticket number in the Xero transaction

If no reply after 2 days, send a ff up email.
