PINNACLE - HOW TO SEARCH FOR PART TYPE FROM ITEMS ALREADY SOLD FROM A CAR


Often we have cars or parts advertised online and customers will inquire for parts that are already sold

So we need to be able to see what part interchange that was even though the part is already sold 

MAKE SURE YOUR PINNACLE SCREENS ARE SETUP CORRECTLY!!!!


Method 1  - SALES VEHICLE SEARCH  :  (this only works if you still have some parts left off that car) 


we so sales search by stock number then look up vehicle 


Select vehicle tab 


Use text filter , Note : Make sure inventory box and with vehicle only box is un ticked  !!!!

Method 2:Do MVR  search- this will find all parts even if all parts sold 

video  if customer saw engine advertised from this car and now they want tailight which is sold ,m this is how you check the interchange type of that tailight 
this method shows even if all parts sold off that car 

Go to main pinnacle screen 

 

DO SEARCH - Make sure both boxes are unticked 



Go to parts tab and filter , note images also shown here 
make sure inventory only and with vehicle only boxes UNTICKED
