PINNACLE ITEM LOCKED BY ANOTHER USER
sometimes when other staff member is using same pinnacle file as you then system shows that "pinnacle is locked by another user"
this often happens when staff are loading items onto ebay and other staff member at same time is selling item
if you get this message
send email to other staff member
in subject line "pinnacle locked for stock number j127182 (or whatever stock number it is )
in body of email tell them what you are doing
i.e please log out of this part as i am selling ,updating description etc
other staff member will receive email and action
if still locked
if they say that they have logged out but you still have issue ,then both you and them completely log out of pinnacle
if this doesn't fix it then may have to wait overnight till system resets
if still issue advise pinnacle support
