Once the advertisement has been faxed to the customers, go back to ZENDESK ticket assigned to you and create sub ticket for the email. Send out a group email to the JJ-Sydney sales staff (salesperson) & JJ-Support Trade team (John Henry Yu) with the Capricorn advert PDF copy attached.
After this submit the sub ticket as solved, and go back to the parent ticket, just put internal note (DONE - Capricorn special advert has been fax out to costumer and sent to JJ staff) and submit the ticket as solved.
