SET UP NEW MONTH TIMETABLE AND TASKS TARGET DATES-ACCOUNTS - UPDATED MAY 2017



What is the task
We have monthly ,quarterly and yearly tasks stored in the admin office 365 jj auto parts tasks calender which we need to as zendesk tickets 
This tasks are also shown as admin team tasks doc 

SET UP 
Need access to office 365 admin tasks 


STEPS 
at the start of month we look at those tasks in outlook and create zendesk tickets from these tasks ,

look at the active tasks view 


once we have created tasks in zendesk we will mark the task as completed in office 365 

The task in outlook shows what day of the month that this ticket is due 

No need to change dates in task doc. 
If the task ticket arrives on a weekend, just move the ticket to the nearest working day.

No need to add annual tasks in doc.  
Go to OUTLOOK - TASKS - ADMIN
Create task tickets based on month you're doing and use dates basing on the task calendar to be the same as Zendesk task ticket.
Assign to person who will be doing
