RESPONDING TO MESSAGES FROM OTHER AGENTS
1. Write your answer in the message box -select internal note
2. Allocate Ticket to the person whom sent to you
3. Submit as OPEN. Do not send as pending or closed they might not see your note in the ticket.
NOTE
If you dont need to reply then you can submit as closed. Only mark as closed when its finished and no other action by ANY agent is required.
