ZENDESK IC - SENDING EMAILS WITH ZENDESK (Updated 13/05/16)

We sometimes will have to send emails to other users to ask questions as regards IC
to do this
we go to pinnacle@ email ( this is so email will be sent as pinnacle@ )
in subject line note the ticket number of the first ticket we are working on ( this is our reference number )
send the email as normal
cc this email to pinnacle @ - this will come back thru as a ticket
when you receive a ticket as the copy of the outgoing email - merge this with first ticket , we do this so we can see at a glance that we have sent email
when you get response to your email you can merge this with the original ticket
