ZOHO LOGIN -LOST PASSWORD /RESET PASSWORD


NOTE THIS VERSION OF FORTI CLIENT DOESNT WORK WITH WINDOWS 10 

If you cant login and you have previously

1.go to zoho login home page

https://support.zoho.com/portal/jjautoparts/signin


2.select the forgot password/reset password option



3.enter in your email address and the code ,select submit
 
if this isnt the email address you have assigned to the account you will get error ,so try another email address ,if this doesnt work see your manager 




4. go to your inbox ,you will recieve an email from zoho ,it takes 1 minute or so

clik on the link in the email and reset password
you can now log back in

if you didnt recieve email ,check your junk inbox ,it may have gone into there
if still not recieved follow the above steps again
