WHY DO WE DO THIS ?
We are all in different locations , have different work schedules but often are working on the same auctions so its important that we use clear communication system so we know how we are progressing
Manager should be able to see and action if you are behind schedule and arrange assistance and if you are in front of schedule they can make sure that you have alternate tasks
CHECK IN
Check for messages
Check your tasks that are planned for you for the day from bidding sheet - team daily task plan
First task to do at top , next task below etc
this should only take 10 minutes max
RELAUNCH BID BUDDY PRIOR TO BIDDING
this ensures you have the most up to date settings, counts need stars and price values
Message your manager so they know that you are online and if you have any questions as regards tasks planned or messages then advise him
WORKING THRU TASKS
As you complete each task assigned mark as done so manager can monitor overall team progress
If you have issues message manager so they can action
BREAKS
We have set planned breaks , but sometimes things happen and thats ok ,but we need to communicate with our manager if we are unavailable
CHECK OUT
CLOSE BID BUDDY
Please send message to manager prior to log off with details of
HOURS LOGGED TODAY IN TOTAL (with paid breaks )
# ITEM CAR OF PRE BID (we count even if excluded , no need to note cars checked )
# ITEM CARS FULLY BID (we count even if excluded )
OTHER TASKS DONE i.e training - which task , total time spent on this
