HOW TO CHANGE THE TOTAL AMOUNT TO PAY ON EBAY
This is just another way to change the total amount to pay on eBay but this will not let you resend the invoice. If you need to resend the invoice to customer please refer to article "RESENDING EBAY INVOICE".
1. Go to the eBay activity page and click on "Sold" on the left side.
2. Look for the sale record that you want to edit by looking for the item sold or customer's eBay username. You can easily find it using Ctrl F on that page. Once you see it, just click on the total price in blue text.
3. It will bring you up to this page where you can change Courier to Local Pick up, adjust the shipping fee and/or put some discounts for the customer. Once you are done with the necessary changes, just click on Save button below.
Customer will see the changes you've made when he go to his eBay purchase history and he can also do the check out from there.
