You accept full responsibility for any loss or damage to the equipment caused by your negligence or IMPROPER USE. We understand that accidents happen and equipment does break down and have wear and tear but please use with care as this is essential to your work function 

You are required to report to your manager as soon as possible of any faults with the equipment.  

The equipment must be returned to your manager immediately if your employment gets terminated. Final salary payout will be withheld until all returned equipment received
