Each day the support team emails operations a credits report show shows items currently with location of credits ,we do this so we can action items that have not correctly been put away as it is often the credits items which are missed when items are put away

Receive the email -set this up to it goes to an inbox that you can access
we usually action items from 2 days or more old , but before you start to action make sure that the items are put away first
