Download attachments to view invoice numbers
Look for the invoice number in pinnacle PRESS F5 then SEARCH, click on EMAIL
Select an email address to send it to if there are multiple ones (choose admin or accounts email address if there is on available), then click SEND
There are cases wherein the customer has no nominated email address.
Create an internal note on the ticket
Follow this format
Assign to whoever it is that is making/taking calls
