EMAILING QUOTE, WORK ORDERS AND INVOICES IN PINNACLE WHEN PINNACLE EMAIL SERVER IS OFFLINE

EMAILING QUOTE, WORK ORDERS AND INVOICES IN PINNACLE WHEN PINNACLE EMAIL SERVER IS OFFLINE

At times pinnacle email server will be offline so we msut send quotes,invoices,emails by outlook and not thru pinnacle email server 

to do this 
preview the quote/invoice/work order 
Select save ( top LH Corner) Save to desktop 



You now Save as the quote/invoice or workorder number 
then open outlook and email 
to check email address of customer go to pinnacle- account information  (F3 ) and note email address
