CUSTOMER REQUESTING TO SEND THE PART TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS

1. Customers normally put their shipping address on their Paypal payment but sometimes they will request to have it sent to a different one. 

Example:

Hi,

Can I please have this

Please deliver to

Peter hower
Hower Crash Repairs
7 aldershot road
Lonsdale SA 5160

2. Whether customer sent that request via eBay message, email, offer, invoice request, phone call, etc. the person who receives that should make sure that the next person, if its not him, who will update the work order will know that. This can be done by moving that email to the PAYMENT RECEIVED - UPDATE WO category and adding a note "USE THIS ADDRESS" in the contacts column. 


 


3. If we fail to follow that step above, here is what's going to happen.

Or 
Peter Hower
7 Aldershot Road
Lonsdale SA 5160

as per my email and paypal.

Some how MY name got on the both the delivery to Toll Ipec and the Tax Invoice ( Shaylee E Hower) and so when toll went to deliver the goods no one knew who that name was and so it has been sent back and now will not be deleivered until Tuesday.

I am sorry but this is simply not good enough. I would like either a FULL refund ($85) for my freight or at least $50 back as I needed this to be delivered for  this weekend.

Please confirm this will be done.
