OVERVIEW 

We go thru orders from ebay on a weekly basis and add notes to each order that is incomplete so we can easily see status of order ,we archive sold and completed orders 

With notes we add reference/ticket numbers if applicable 

We action older orders as we go thru 


WHY?

We want to have single page where we can quickly and efficiently see status of older orders

MY EBAY - SELLING/SOLD - ORDERS - SEE ALL ORDERS


Archive transactions you can just archive without checking so you’d be left with transactions that require actioning.  These can also be archived even if less than 7days old.


STATUS:

  • CANCELLED

  • REFUNDED

  • DELIVERED

  • READY TO POST W TRACKING #

  • AWAITING PAYMENT W CHECK AND X MARK - MEANS UNPAID CASE IS CLOSED AND IS FOR ARCHIVING 





    TO ACTION IF 7DAYS+
     

CANCELLATION IN PROGRESS - WAIT TIL IN CANCELLED STATUS THEN TO ARCHIVE

READY TO POST WO TRACKING # - SEND AN EMAIL TO ebay@jjautoparts.com.au AS IT’S POSSIBLE THE CUSTOMER ALREADY PICKED UP FROM THE STORE OR WAS SHIPPED VIA SAM PEDRO.  ONCE THEY CONFIRM PICKED UP, MARK AS SENT THEN ARCHIVE. IF THEY CONFIRM SENT VIA SAM PEDRO, ADD TRACKING # THEN ARCHIVE.

            AWAITING PAYMENT 7DAYS+ - RAISE AN UNPAID CASE ITEM https://support.zoho.com/portal/jjautoparts/kb/articles/ebay-sold-item-still-unpaid-after-7-days

            UNPAID CASE ITEM RAISED 7DAYS+ we will manually close the cases
                  MY EBAY - SELLING/SOLD - ORDERS - SEE ALL ORDERS - CASES
                             You will be directed to a page that will show ALL OPEN CASES
                                    
                              
                              Enter the ITEM NUMBER you would like to close then SEARCH.  Click on TAKE ACTION then RECEIVE FEE CREDIT.
                                    
                              Then it will change to status AWAITING PAYMENT W CHECK AND X MARK - MEANS UNPAID CASE IS CLOSED AND IS FOR ARCHIVING, so you can just follow the process of archiving.
