With notes we add reference/ticket numbers if applicable
We action older orders as we go thru

We want to have single page where we can quickly and efficiently see status of older orders

Archive transactions you can just archive without checking so you’d be left with transactions that require actioning. These can also be archived even if less than 7days old.

AWAITING PAYMENT W CHECK AND X MARK - MEANS UNPAID CASE IS CLOSED AND IS FOR ARCHIVING
TO ACTION IF 7DAYS+
CANCELLATION IN PROGRESS - WAIT TIL IN CANCELLED STATUS THEN TO ARCHIVE
READY TO POST WO TRACKING # - SEND AN EMAIL TO ebay@jjautoparts.com.au AS IT’S POSSIBLE THE CUSTOMER ALREADY PICKED UP FROM THE STORE OR WAS SHIPPED VIA SAM PEDRO. ONCE THEY CONFIRM PICKED UP, MARK AS SENT THEN ARCHIVE. IF THEY CONFIRM SENT VIA SAM PEDRO, ADD TRACKING # THEN ARCHIVE.
