These are similar to other auction except that we cant sent text to tow truck driver for pick up until we recieve second email notification from autorola after they have processed payment
After cars purchased email will show in buyer@ inbox

STEP 2 -AUTOROLA RELEASE DOCUMENT
Once we receive this we can send text to tow truck driver to arrange pick up
in text advise details
car model ,year
collection address and contact number as shown on authorization email

Once this is done ,we can file email as task is complete

How will I know if the invoice from Autorola needs to be processed ?
You will see the email from autorola in the buyers inbox

What if i have received confirmation of purchase email but not the final invoice email?
This happens sometimes
Send email to autorola customer service ( customercentre@autorola.com.au )
informing them of this and ask for invoice
Don't enter car into pinnacle or make payment until we have received the invoice
as a tip send a copy of the email that you sent to the customer service back to yourself @ buyer at so you ( and others) have a reminder of status of this
