HOW TO CREATE DELIVERY USING TNT (TRANSACTION) APPLICATION

This guide will show the process on how to create a new delivery for TNT using the TransAction application
1. Open the TransAction application located on the desktop and click "I Agree"
2. Enter the password and click ok
3. Select "Add CN" in the top left corner of the application to start a new consignment
4. Now in the *Reciever field we want to type the customer name, below will outline the different process for trade and private customers;
For private customers simply just type their first name, and press enter, the delivery editor will appear. We do not want to save private customer details in the system, so make sure the "Temporary" box is checked. Fill in the details as shown below, and then press ok.
For Trade customers type in the shop name as shown on Pinnacle (their details will be saved in this system). If the customer has a TNT account simply put their account number in the "Receiver Charge Account" field.
If receiver pays freight then we tick the charge box on the consignment screen.
5. Now we just need to add the details of what we are sending.
Senders Reference - For the senders reference we use our INVOICE number.
Description of goods - e.g. carton, pallet, parcel etc.
Items - NO. of items
KG - weight in kilograms
Cubic - cubic volume of the item, if you do not know this simply click on "F4 CUBIC CALC"
We then enter in the dimensions manually and it will automatically calculate and enter the cubic size.
6. Press "F8 TO FINISH" once all of the above details are filled in, your consignment has successfully saved.
