HOW TO PROCESS A REFUND VIA EBAY

We do this process when there is an open case/return request on eBay from customer. This applies for partial and full refund.







1. Go to eBay Resolution Center and view the open return request to check if customer has opened a case against us.


2. Click on the view return details link then select the appropriate option for refund.


3. Select if you want to refund the postage or not.


4. Click on the link for Paypal transaction ID to view the refund details on Paypal


5.   Go to the Current Refunds tab of S11 report and enter the details in.


6. Advise customer that the refund has already been done.
