HOW TO SWITCH ZENDESK CHAT ACCOUNTS
We do this if the person who mainly do the chat is not online or on leave and someone need to take over.
We only have 3 Zendesk chat account that we are paying in monthly subscription
We don't want to add another license just to be used by one person for few days so we do this process below
NOTE: Once new user is added, tell him that he will receive an email to setup his password.

What if I'm getting error logging in to the dashboard using the admin account?
Copy the URL and open it in a different browser and try loggin in to that.
The error happens when you have an existing chat account that is associated with your own Zendesk.
