-Have all tickets got a priority and due date 
-are the tickets in correct priority order , team member should be 
1. assigning due date and priority to tickets ,
2.then working thru the tickets from top down 
3. take a break after a set period ,-allocate fresh tickets with due dates and priority , check emails , then start process again 


-Are we on track with tickets ? if not its managers job to take action as regards this
