Where are you located you sound as if you are overseas?

A.        No, we are just in a different office to the sales team and we use voice over internet for calls so it might sound slight different to normal phone lines.  (then go back to the part they need or ask them “What part are you looking for at the moment?”)

What if customer wants u to send the current offer or special?

A. To email it send from allocated email account for trade customers i.e jsales ,if customer wants it faxed then fax it ,see separate article how to email to fax using fax em .
