SET UP Need access to paypal selling account and s11 report ( with edit abilities )
We do this task to transfer monies from paypal account to our account

We do weekly - reconcile account up to and including the previous Friday - but close off every month
i.e if end of month was previous thursday we would do one transfer from previous month and one transfer from current month
this is so sales income matches pinnacle which is done on month by month basis
we transfer from tab completed ebay sales
