PDS SET UP -HOW TO SET UP SO REPAIRER RECEIVES QUOTES BY FAX
Some repairers prefer to receive quotes by fax (especially older ones ) and although it costs us money each time to send a fax we do this because its what the customer wants and its worthwhile as generally these customers are loyal customers
to do this you must be able to log into PDS as administrator ,if you cant log in then ask your manager or alternitavelty if you send this request to support@partsdatasystems.com ,then the PDS Support team can add the inquiry for You
Note when we do this ,the repairer will still also receive the quote by email ,its just he receives it by fax as well
