FAXEM WEEKLY ADVERTISING TASK - MAR 2017

We send out fax advertising weekly with this service, its a service that sends faxes to our customer list.



STEP 1 VIDEO GUIDE

The word document advertisement that is to be faxed out will be sent to email/Zendesk.


Use http://document.online-convert.com/ to convert word doc to PDF


Use FAX LIST and download as CSV

Use Mozilla browser to access FAXEM


Ask you manager for login details if you don't have it yet


We send faxes during TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY at 18:30.  

E.g.
doc was sent Monday, you schedule on Tuesday 18:30

doc was sent Tuesday/Wednesday morning, you schedule on the same day at 18:30

if you miss sending on Tuesday 18:30, you send it Wednesday 18:30
if you miss sending on Wednesday 18:30, advise the person that sent the advertising to you and schedule for the next week
