POWER WINDOW SWITCH (MASTERSWITCH) - MANUAL EBAY LISTING GUIDE
This guide is for adding sub parts that arent already on Ebay
Why do we do this ?
Many sub items we sell on Ebay we dont normally have demand for thats why we advertise on Ebay
so we want to list one of each type of item on Ebay
SET UP
Multi screen - one with pinnacle open , once with table ( ideally last one with this process guide )

put done by as step 1
look up in pinnacle
ALTER ITEM TITLE - (If required )
ALTER DESCRIPTION -(If required )
ADD MAIN AND OTHER IMAGES --maximize --- max 8 images
SAVE-UPLOAD
CHECK PREVIOUS LISTING - (click ebay icon, view on ebay - check title , description and image ) , save link to table

DETAIL OF STEPS
Go to ebay bulk upload table to see details of items to be uploaded
Note items Interchange number
Now from Pinnancle
Do a Part/Interchange search ( VIDEO TO ADD )
NOTE : if multiple people are doing task at same time add your name in done by column before you start so you dont cross over with other staff
Which item to select , select the item on top of list that has a price and suitable description ( not to be confirmed , check type )
FROM POP UP SELECT -Break item up from assembly
Select sell on Ebay
DO NOT ADVERTISE IF
- Graded C
- "Y" Status
- "I" Status
- No any images available from MVR

Now Ebay manual upload box opens - sometimes this is already updated do we dont have to change , just check it makes sense
1. SUMMARY
Leave all as is , you only need to change
TITLE - (this is how we sell the item it has to properly describe what we are selling )
Modify from RH to RIGHT FRONT
I.E MODEL THEN POSITION , THEN POWER WINDOW SWITCH then rest of description and year.. Make sure that the title doesn't exceed to 80 characters. (it should fit in the Field )
Ex. TOYOTA COROLLA RIGHT FRONT POWER WINDOW SWITCH (MASTERSWITCH), ZRE152, ASCENT, 06/07-09/12
NOTE: If the title includes words like WITH, W/, NO, NON, NOT, NONE, WITHOUT, W/O and the word corresponding it, REMOVE that from the title but NOT from the listing description. Listing with those words in the title will normally delete by eBay and may suspend our eBay account if we violates with that.
REMOVE THE YEARS From me end of listing if you dont have enough space ( max characters is 80 for Ebay )

All other tabs - shipping ,payment panel,listing enhancements,part details
You dont have to change so dont touch

4. DESCRIPTION
CONDITION - Leave as Used
TEMPLATE - Leave as Choose DOOR MIRROR USED
PART DESCRIPTION - Edit the ones with red underline below to match with the details in Pinnacle and delete those that are not required.
5. IMAGES
The maximum number of images we can have in an advert is 12 (Including main image )
We add these other images of the car so people see other items they might want to buy from that car and make inquiry
Tip: MAXIMIZE THIS SO YOU CAN MORE EASILY SEE THE IMAGE , MINIMIZE ONCE DONE
MAIN IMAGE - Choose the picture of the actual masterswitch taken off the car as the main image. If its not available, then just use the picture where it is visible.
For sub-images do not add the other side of the door to avoid any confusion with customers.
You can add the picture of
Front of car ( if not badly damaged )
engine bay,
rear view of the car,
seats,
radio,
instrument cluster, etc.
Please only add the parts with less damage so the listing will still look good to our customers.

Just leave as is no need to update

SAVE & UPLOAD LISTING
Once you are sure that everything is all set properly you can click on Save and then Upload Listing.
Listing will be uploaded
EXIT -Cross box in top RH corner

The listing will take a few minutes to upload \
so we upload the next item
then when the next item is uploaded we go back and check that this listing was uploaded correctly

CHECKING LISTINGS AFTER THEY ARE UPLOADED
Check the title does it make sense
Check the images
SELECT VIEW ON EBAY
If any issues - select end listing
if all ok copy the listing URL into the Subs table
then start with next listing

FAQ /ISSUES
You may get error message if title is too long ,
if so remove characters from title ( remember it has to make sense

IF ITEM HAS NO PRICE
Don't upload no price and just add in comments column and do the next one

What if I have question about the item I'm working on?
Just add comment in the table and do the next one. Trainer will respond to your question in the table and advise you what to do.
