We use the understocked report to increase prices of items that we are consistently running out of
it is increasingly a requirement in the age of e commerce that all items have a correct price
this increases return on these cars for the business and focese on pricing the high value popular items
VIDEO HOW TO PRODUCE THE REPORT
note
we will only focus on top 50 items (based on recommended quantity on hand )
remove the excess columns from the raw report from pinnacle
you should only require columns of
year range
model
interchange number
interchange description
current price
you then add 2 columns to show new price, and comments
e.g.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD THIS TASK BE DONE ?
The top 10 parts should have top 50 items repriced every 90 days
ideally pick 3-4 parts and do per month
what if im unsure of items pricing ?
highlight this row yellow and place what you think price should be in column with ?? mark
