What if we are in training and we aren't sure about item type or item damage ?
firstly that's OK , ( that's why this is training stage )
to solve this problem ,we may
look at EPC to check item type
look up that part in pinnacle to see if there are any item notes or images that may assist
if still unsure add to vehicle detail notes and trainer will assist
as a general guide if unsure don't spend any more than 5 minutes per item before you contact trainer and ask for assistance

PRICING
What if the pricing non the bid is zero ?
The pricing from bid buddy is taken directly from pinnacle so if pinnacle pricing is zero then bid buddy price will be zero
to update pricing we will research from pinnacle what the price should be ( see seperate articles for how this is done )
then we update price in bid buddy
once we update price in pinnacle next time we do data update between bid buddy and pinnacle this update price will be shown
