REQUESTING FOR ADDITIONAL IMAGES OF THE PART (MC65)

This process only applies for MC65. If the images you need was from customer's request or inquiry please see separate article CUSTOMER REQUESTED FOR ADDITIONAL AND CLOSER IMAGES.

You will sometimes notice that the images of the part you are uploading on eBay are incomplete or the images available are not that good. Here is what you should do.
  1. Send a message to ebay@jjautoparts.com.au with the details of the part you want to get additional pictures (ie. part type, stock and tag number).
  2. Put that message to CB. INQ JJ INVENTORY STOCK TO FIX category. 
  3. JJ Inventory manager will decide as to whether we take additional photos or not. If a request was not approved, the email will just be removed or deleted. This decision is based on how likely the JJ eBay manager think the item will be sold online.
  4. If the request was approved then JJ eBay manager will arrange to take some photos and add it to Pinnacle and reply to your message advising that it has been added.
