CARS ENTERING IN CAR IMAGES AND VIDEO INTO PINNACLE


ENTERING IN CAR VIDEOS 

Instructions below applies to getting images & videos from camera

Guide for Samsung EK-GC100 camera


Plug in Camera via USB cable it should automatically pop up a screen, Select Camera



Note if it does not automatically pop up then, open “my computer” and select the correct device



Locate folder DCIM



Then open Camera folder



Right click and make sure “views” are in “details



Make sure files are sorted by latest date to the top (Files will be time stamped and dated)



Locate the video file and rename the Video to Stock Number ENGINE or Stock Number SATNAV (EG - C12345 ENGINE or C12345 SATNAV)




Copy file to desktop (Select files and drag to desktop)




Open up the google drive

LINK TO GOOGLE DRIVE


Drag the file from desktop into your browser with the DOC above (can drag multiple videos at onces)

ENTERING IN CAR IMAGES INTO PINNACLE 

Make the first image added top that car to be the image that best represents the car , the reason for this is that this image is the one shown when the car/part is shown on website/ebay etc 

INVENTORY- FIND MVR
LOOK UP THE MVR 
DOUBLE CLICK TO OPEN 
IMAGES TAB- EDIT 
SELECT ADD 
SELECT FIND THE FILE 
SELECT ALL ( Note this does take a few minutes at times ) 


Pinnacle Private images 
These images cannot be seen by other pinnacle yards and on images that are displayed on the internet 

Which images would we make as private 
Images that don't represent car and or company in an acceptable manner, i.e if km over 200km , if background was messy of our business
