These resolutions we want to check

- the item to ensure its placed under the correct interchange 
- the current ic notes for that model, to check if need updating
- the predata doc to ensure its updated as required 

then once we have confirmed all correct we will select interchange option for this item and then make sure pricing is correct

we have staff doing predata docs 
we have staff doing car inspection ( tow report ) 
we have staff doing car item entry

if staff doing item entry see that the predata staff and the car inspection staff have selected a different interchange then they will put the item into no4 ic resolution and we need to 
check what has happened 

as per example below

SET UP 
1 Screen pinnacle search 
1 screen Pinnacle resolutions - have the resolutions pop up so you can still see resolution reason on the bottom - THIS IS IMPORTANT - SEE VIDEO 
1 screen pinnacle ic notes - if you have this showing on seperate screen its easier to but and paste 
1 screen - epc search 
1 screen guides

STEPS 
We see store man added note that car inspector doing tow sheet and predata person have selected different interchange

Look at the current interchange notes for that part type - we can see year/model/part type details from interchange display
Look at the vehicle details for that car   

Then we will see how this properly should be - do research ,

If required double check the work of
predata person - look up part number again 
car inspection person - look at car images 
look at selected oem number if applicable -is that number shown in the ic notes ?

it might be typing error or that interchange notes are wrong 

we often will update the
interchange notes
interchange lines ( i.e send interchange request )
predata notes 
 
remember if we have moved the interchange to another interchange option we need to " get price " to ensure price is correct for that item 
if price is out of data then send to pricing team to reprice as required

We want prices checked each 3 months 
we know when last checked from item cents as shown in table 
i.e each month has unique cents so we can see easily when last priced 

If we want price checked then send screen shot to pricing @jjautoparts.com.au for pricing team to update price
