RESPONDING TO YOUTUBE INQUIRIES
1. To respond to inquiries from Youtube, we need to click on the link on the top of the message and it will redirect us to the Youtube website where we can send our reply to customer.
2. Key in our Youtube email and password then click Sign in. Please ask your manager if you don't have it.
3. Below the video, you will see the message from customer and the box where you can reply.
